[Windmill-dev] Trac Changes

Some time last night our Trac instance stopped getting changes to the  
svk mirror of our svn repo.

I have no idea why it stopped updating, but it did and debugging it  
was near impossible because of how we had trac set up.

We were running a highly modified trac 0.10 with a half dozen plugins,  
served by tracd behind apache mod-rewrite.

We are NOW running trac 0.11b2 (installed via easy_install NOT apt- 
get) and served directly from apache mod-python. This seems to have  
fixed all our previous issues but the theme we were using is no longer  
compatible. Because of the theme weirdness the look has changed a bit  
and the OSAF logo isn't appearing on every page. I'm inclined to just  
live with this for now and get back to writing features :)

If anyone wants to fix the UI weirdness there is a css file we can add  
stuff to on the trac install. If you have any modifications send them  
my way and I'll update the box.
