[Windmill-dev] Installed blog plugin for trac

I recently installed the blog plugin (SimpleBlogPlug) in our trac  
install.

This will be a good place for us to make smaller announcements for  
bugfix releases or for other small changes relevant to users.

Any major announcements including major releases, tutorials, and  
other events will still be posted to the OSAF blog at http:// 
wp.osafoundation.org and only linked to from this blog.

To use the blog plugin just go to http://windmill.osafoundation.org/ 
trac/wiki/WindmillBlogPages and add a new page that starts with "Blog".

You'll also want to make sure the first thing in the blog entry is a  
== Title == or else the formatting won't look very nice.
