[Windmill-dev] Problem with starting the IDE

Hi, sorry if I send this to the wrong list, I learned about windmill
from baypiggies meeting last Thursday and decided to have a test run.
Well, the installation part was pretty smooth by following the steps
listed in the online user manual except the final step: I'm unable to
start the IDE

by typing

windmill ~/firefox20/firefox [url]

I got the following error:

Server starting...

and then wait for a while to see nothing happen.

I checked my firefox installation and didn't find anything abnormal,
as I can start

Also I tried different urls like localhost and www.yahoo.com but I
ended up with getting the same result.

I checked the online docs from windmill website but didn't get a clue.
I think I might just simply have some env settings that are not quite
friendly with windmill here so if anyone can point me to the right
direction that I can dig into or can provide some suggestions I'd be
much appreciate.
