[Windmill-dev] windmill on ohloh.net prompts some cleanup

We should also probably rip out the uncompressed fleegix, and  
generate a single compressed one with all the plugins we are using,  
right? My only concern with this is if someone runs into problems  
that are actually our fault and I need to help them debug, but  
everyone seems to be able to debug cosmo just fine with the users  
running compressed code..
