[Windmill-dev] windmill on ohloh.net prompts some cleanup

What is the license of the original files?  It's easiest if was also  
Apache, or something even less restrictive (New BSD or MIT).  Then we  
can probably just add our license header to the top, and adjust the  
copyright portion to include thoughtworks.
