[Windmill-dev] windmill on ohloh.net prompts some cleanup

The only other exception is the toolman code for drag and drop which  
I already had Ted look at over the sprint week, and is compatible.  
This will also be getting ripped out as soon as I have time to finish  
the fleegix drag drop plugin I started last week.
