[Windmill-dev] Windmill dropping Safari 2 support

Over the past few months we have had some issues resulting from bugs  
in Safari 2, recently users have brought a few of them back up having  
to do with inconsistency when it comes to check boxes and radio buttons.

We will be dropping active testing for Safari 2 when developing, and  
will no longer be supporting Safari 2 as now Tiger and Leopard have  
both moved to 3.

Safari 3 has fixed so many bugs in the Javascript interpreter and DOM  
rendering that this should make everyones life easier,  over the last  
couple weeks I have noticed that things just seem to _WORK_ which is  
always a pleasant surprise.
