[Windmill-dev] Testing an autocomplete widget

I think the use case is more like.
- Type 4 characters
- WaitForAutoComplete -- Wait for the completion to happen and cause a
failure if it doesn't happen in "x" amount of time.
I'm trying to think of a use case where you would just want slow
typing and I can't think of one.
Also, if there is no difference in speed between this function and our
current type function, I would say replace the existing type function
with this method.
