[Windmill-dev] ideAssertions and jsVariables wiki pages

I noticed that we have wiki pages around a few new features in the  
controller.

Up until now we've had one unified ControllerAPI wiki page, which had  
the advantage of being consolidated, but going forward I can see how  
it may get a big messy.

My suggestion is;
- Install the trac plugin for doing wiki includes
- Break the controller functionality into logical pages
- Create a super page containing the relevant section from each  
controller related wiki page using includes.

Also, we should keep the wiki pages in wiki word markup, rather than  
lower starting camel case. I've moved them to IDEAssertions and  
JSVariableRegistry.

We may want to have every controller api related page's name begin  
with "Controller" for easy house keeping of the wiki.
