[scooby-dev] Wiki and Bugzilla are updated..

I updated the wiki page for Scooby 0.2 to show the list of features  
we are doing for this release. If you look under "Features", you'll  
see a table that shows the following:

- Feature Name: the name of the feature as described in the original  
Feature Ranking Matrix.
- Owner: the developer or PPD owner of the feature.
- Overall status: Nothing in this field yet. The intention is to do  
(Green, YELLOW, RED) as a high level status for the feature.
- Details: Any additional important details about the feature or its  
status.
- Notes: Add other notes. I put in the Bugzilla numbers that map to  
these features.

Our intention is to update this table pretty frequently to show the  
current status of the 0.2 release. Please take a moment and add any  
status information you might already have.

As for Bugzilla, I went through all of the existing bugs and re- 
targeted a number of those bugs at the 0.2 release. Based on that, it  
would be very helpful if everyone could do the following:

1. Look at the bugs assigned to you for the 0.2 release. Make sure  
that those bugs should be assigned to you and should be targeted at  
this release.
2. Look at the FUTURE bugs for Scooby (assigned to anyone). Let me  
know if there are any future bugs that should be targeted at 0.2.

Please let me know if you have any questions. This should put the  
Scooby 0.2 status and release plan on track from this point forward.  
Priscilla and I will work together to maintain the wiki and bugzilla  
to keep things up to date.
