I added a bunch of links to the frontpage and filled out the ones I could do 
without thinking too much.  ApacheAndPyLucene and BuildingFromSource could 
both use some love.

FWIW, I don't think we need to discuss wiki changes extensively (or at all) on 
the ML.  Just wanted to to give a "We're not quite dead yet!"

PS - Not to look a gift horse in the mouth, but Twiki is far and away the 
worst wiki I've ever used.  I'd almost rather write straight HTML.
