Added binary for PyLucene GCJ 2.2.0-1, win32, python 2.5 here

Note: this is compiled with MingW 3.4.5 and the released source code
of Lucene 2.2.0 insted of MingW 3.4.2 and Lucene r549438 as used by
PyLucene source package, but all tests run fine.
