Your LD_LIBRARY_PATH is incorrect. On Linux, it's better to not set it and 
ensure that -Wl,-rpath is in your jcc's setup.py LFLAGS['linux2'] with the 
correct path.

There are two directories to put on LD_LIBRARY_PATH for your JVM. It helps 
with picking client or server hotspot. Again, look at jcc's setup.py and 
make sure that the value used with -Wl,-rpath is correct for your system.
