[pylucene-dev] "make install" does not make PyLucene.pyc or PyLucene.pyo

It would be good if the installation of PyLucene made the files
PyLucene.pyc and PyLucene.pyo in addition to putting PyLucene.py into
site-packages.  At the moment, I do this "by hand".
