[pylucene-dev] Announcing release 1.9

I just uploaded the bits of PyLucene 1.9 to the usual locations.

This release is built from the Java Lucene 1.9 final tag.
     - http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/lucene/java/tags/lucene_1_9_final

The PyLucene development trunk is now moving towards PyLucene 2.0 based on 
Java Lucene 2.0. The main changes between Java Lucene 1.9 and Java Lucene 2.0 
are expected to be the removal of all methods that were deprecated in 1.9.
