Yes, use the source tarball I upload to http://pylucene.osafoundation.org
When building from svn you also need Java Lucene and a JDK. When building from 
the source tarballs I upload, you don't need a JDK, the Java Lucene classes 
are included.

Yes, there is, that is the whole point of svn. But when I change the Java 
Lucene svn version I'm building from, that causes a full svn export of the 
Lucene sources.
