[pyicu-dev] [PATCH] Make code compile with GCC 4.2.1

Hi!

I just tried building PyICU with GCC 4.2.1 and got the following error message:

_PyICU.cpp:111: warning: suggest explicit braces to avoid ambiguous 'else'

The attached patch adds those braces and gets rid of the error.
