Are there any implied semantics between STATUS, COMPLETED and PERCENT-COMPLETE on VTODO? I'm trying to figure out the best way to indicate status for a task that was performed but was unsuccessful.Is the combination of STATUS NEEDS-ACTION and a COMPLETED date legal?
