OK, what about 2:30 am on the Sunday of a DST shift that adds one hour?
That time does not literally exist as the clocks jump from 2 am to 3 am. So
if you have 2.30 am on Saturday the day before, you can't simply add one
day and expect to get a valid date-time. i.e. DST shifts do have to be
taken into account for at least this edge case.
