But only if a day is really a day, and not 24 hours/24*60*60 secs!
Btw, my interpretation is like yours. When you add a year, you get the
same date and time, one year later irrespective of leap years.
When you add a day, you get the same time, one day later, irrespective
of DST shifts.
That was easy to implement. The only oddities are when I arrive at a
time that doesn't exist on a particular day.
