Yes. I think the way to go is to split into several drafts (I do not 
care about the
order or priority at this time):

   1)  iCAL + VEVENT + VALARM
   2) VTODO
   3) VJOURNAL
   4) Time Zones
   5) iMIP
   6) Scheduling
