[Ietf-caldav] typo in scheduling examples

Hello,

Typo in scheduling draft (old and new):

It looks like all the scheduling examples returning a 
C:schedule-response have invalid <C:recipient> elements since those 
directly contain a mailto url, instead of having this url wrapped in an 
<href> element, as per 
http://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-desruisseaux-caldav-sched-05#section-11.3 .
