[Ietf-caldav] MKCALENDAR or extended MKCOL

Hi Arnaud,

We don't want draft-desruisseaux-caldav-sched to depend on 
draft-daboo-webdav-mkcol.

When draft-daboo-webdav-mkcol will be published it will update both 
RFC4791 (CalDAV calendar-access) as well as CalDAV Scheduling 
(calendar-auto-schedule).
