[Ietf-caldav] Comments on scheduling inbox

** CALDAV:min-date-time andCALDAV:max-date-time **

Might want to have those on scheduling inbox  when calendar queries are 
allowed.

** CALDAV:schedule-state property**
We might have discussed this already but in the case where the state is 
"processed", it would be very handy for clients to have a backpointer to 
the updated resource, especially for stateless (cacheless) clients. It 
is OK if the backpointer becomes broken.
