[Ietf-caldav] CALDAV:min-date-time and CALDAV:max-date-time on scheduling outbox

The scheduling outbox 
(http://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-desruisseaux-caldav-sched-05#section-3.1.2) 
may have a "CALDAV:supported-calendar-data" property. What about 
CALDAV:min-date-time and CALDAV:max-date-time ?

Some servers may restrict the time range accessible for freebusy queries 
(e.g 1 week before, 6 month ahead), so that would give the client a way 
to discover that range.
