[Ietf-caldav] MKCALENDAR or extended MKCOL

Hello,

The new scheduling draft still makes use of MKCALENDAR to create 
scheduling enabled calendar collections 
(http://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-desruisseaux-caldav-sched-05#section-3.1.1).
Moreover, it changes its semantic since the default behavior is now to 
create a scheduling enabled collection.

Shouldn't we instead leverage the extended mkcol 
(http://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-daboo-webdav-mkcol) ?
