[Ietf-caldav] What happened to the CalDav website?

Hello,

I use to visit the CalDav website quite a lot, but the last few days 
I've been unable to connect:

http://caldav.org/
http://www.caldav.org/
http://ietf.webdav.org/caldav/

They all timeout on me from work or from home (Comcast).

Is the site down for maintenance or has it moved to a new location?  
Even the Google cache has a blank page:
http://www.google.com/search?q=cache:www.caldav.org
