The Mirapoint calendar supports subscribed calendars, both natively
using a prioprietary protocol and publicly using iCal over HTTP
a-la Apple.

Doesn't the CALDAV:calendar-query REPORT satisfy the requirements
for achieving calendar subscription using CalDav?
