[Ietf-caldav] Some issues with caldav - collections

I'm still concerned about the sentence:

    Calendar collections MUST NOT contain other calendar collections.

and the reason for that. It seems an unnecessary restriction but you may 
have a different view.

In practice it seems it would make life difficult for people wanting to 
rearrange their calendars. If they have a lot of events they want to 
split into two collections, with that restriction in palce they have to 
move all their events somewhere else, create the two calendars then move 
them back.

This doesn't look like the behaviour people will assume they'll get.
