It may be useful for the CalDAV client to differentiate
between a calendar and a calendar home.  Both types of
collections can ( as far as I know ) advertise 'calendar'
and 'collection' in their resourcetype property, so the
client can not use that.  We could try MKCALENDAR support
but that's optional.

It seems that Oracle CalDAV server is adverting 'calendar'
in resourcetype of its 'calendar home' collection.  Is that
not allowed?

The client may not have the principal's URL.  And also,
'calendar-home-set' looks like a SHOULD.
