Not a bad idea.

I think people don't click on the link because they don't see it. 
Thought process: "I'm looking for this chandler thing because I've heard 
it is interesting, but I seem to have found some non-profit software 
organization, oh well, on to next interesting thing."

It is just a theory, but I've seen this happen when looking over 
people's shoulders.

We could test the theory of course.

If we have *one* chance to communicate information about what Chandler 
is, we want the material on chandlerproject.org, not osafoundation.org. 
Even if it doesn't lead to a download that visit, we've sent the message 
that we want. That said, I agree that dropping our page rank is probably 
a mistake.
