[General] Update on Chandler preview product names

For the past several months we have embarked on a series of branding
related tasks to coincide with our upcoming Preview release. Since we
have already reached a number of branding related milestones, we
thought it was worth summarizing where we are in the process and the
decisions that have been made so far.

Officially our product brand is called Chandler. This doesn't mean
simply the desktop client but encompasses all our end-user products,
projects and initiatives. We will also sometimes refer to this suite
as Chandler Project as well. As people are already aware there are a
number of projects ongoing here at OSAF and we wanted to use official
names to high-light the important end-user pieces available in the
Preview timeframe.

+ Chandler Desktop
+ Our current Chandler desktop client application
+ Chandler Hub
+ The OSAF hosted service - website currently as osaf.us
+ Chandler Server
+ Previously known as Cosmo - the server that we are developing as
well as the other components needed to run this site (OSAF server
bundle). + You get all the features of the admin ui as well as the
hub ui.

In addition we have decided to create a new domain
www.chandlerproject.org that will host all of our end-user and
community documentation as well as the information currently
available on our wiki. Due to the work involved, in the short-term we
are not planning on moving our mailing lists and a few other things
so the name Cosmo will continue to live on. We will decide post-
preview whether or not it's appropriate to still keep this project
name or change all references to Chandler Server to make it less
confusing to both end-users and contributors.

Significant branding milestones still in progress are...

+ Developing a logo for our brand
+ Completing the design of the product pages and content we will have
available via www.chandlerproject.org
+ Creating a new end-user blog at www.chandlerproject.org
+ Writing all the help and product and project content that will be
available on our landing pages and on our wiki.

Now that we have closed on some official naming, we need to determine
how and when we should transition to using these names. I would like
to hear people's thoughts on that.

Cheers,
Sheila
