We've been granted a site license to use Deskzilla (a desktop
application which integrates with bugzilla) with OSAF's bug tracker.
Additional information and a copy of the license is available here:

Anyone, OSAF staff or not, is welcome to use this license. It won't
replace our web-based interface, but some may find it helpful.

In particular, I'm finding it helpful in managing lots of individual
queries which I frequently reference. Instead of seeing them in Firefox
tabs but forgetting which was which, Deskzilla helps keep them all labelled.

The text from that page is attached below.

Enjoy!

OSAF uses the bugzilla issue tracking system. This web-based software is
popular and a group named ALMworks has created a desktop application
named Deskzilla which provides an alternate way to view, update, and
manage the issues entered into bugzilla.

Most, but not all bugzilla features are available when using Deskzilla.
There are areas of significant enhancement over using the web-based
bugzilla interface. In particular, you can:

     * use Deskzilla when disconnected from the Internet
     * manage multiple searches and switch between them easily
     * drill down and refine existing searches

ALMworks has graciously provided OSAF with a free license for anyone at
all to use with Deskzilla to access https://bugzilla.osafoundation.org/

To use this license, download Deskzilla and install. Then download the
license attached to this page and activate that license using Deskzilla.
After that is complete, you can use Deskzilla in an unrestricted
fashion, as long as it is pointed at OSAF's bugzilla instance.
