The contents of the site is stored in the docs subversion repository.

Editing those files is another question tho - I know pieter sometimes 
uses an application to create the pages but for the most part it's html 
so you can probably use any editor.

   Changes committed are sync'd to the server using a set of scripts 
that normally Pieter runs but I can do it if need be.
