Hi Mimi,

I did a pretty thorough rewrite of the Chandler Desktop part of the 
Known Issues wiki page:
    http://chandlerproject.org/Projects/KnownIssues

No change of areas being touched on really, mostly consistency of 
presentation for easy reference, suppression of dupes, clearer statement 
of what the issues are really, etc...
