[General] [Proposal] keeping on top of non-code deliverables in bugzilla

Hi all, (and in particular Jared and Philippe)

- Are we in agreement that we want to be tracking non-code deliverables 
in bugzilla? Assuming yes, I'm adding bugzilla reports here:
http://chandlerproject.org/Planning/PreviewReleaseCountdown

- The number of these bugs is on par with the number of bugs for the 
desktop or the server. To be able to process these bugs effectively, we 
need to clean up how we're handing OSAF tasks/bugs. In particular:

    - be disciplined about using "Wiki" component for wiki 
infrastructure  (which we are *not* looking at for Preview) and using 
"chandlerproject.org" or "www.osafoundation.org" for non-code deliverables

    - move all untargetted bugs in these components to 0.7 or Future

    - be disciplined about what is really going to get done for Preview, 
and triage out future nits (or use the priorities consistently)

    - keep on top of marking bugs/tasks closed when they are closed

    - keep on top of tracking to do items as bugs/tasks

    - for wiki work, close bugs when the wiki page is "good enough", 
recognize that wiki gardening will be ongoing

If we are all good with this, I'd like to:
    - take a pass at untargetted bugs (perhaps Mimi and I could do this)
    - load balance Jared's bugs (which will require giving others svn 
access to the osafoundation and landing pages)
