[General] Download Pages for OSCON

Hi Ted,

The current page has a link to download 0.6.1.

- Should we be providing a link to download some 0.7 server checkpoint 
as well?

I don't think Mimi is proposing removing the download link.

Bobby proposed making a link to qacosmo available for people to help 
test until Preview.

- Is the right place for this link on the downloads page?
- Is providing this link a good idea?
