[General] contributors and releases wiki pages

Hi Ted,

In performing my pre-oscon wiki gardening duties, I ran across two pages 
that look like we need to make a decision to maintain or get rid of:

http://chandlerproject.org/Projects/ChandlerReleases (Bug 10099)
http://chandlerproject.org/Projects/ChandlerContributors (Bug 10100)

If we maintain the releases page, I assume we need to make a decision 
about whether this just applies to desktop releases (and make the 
wording clear), or merge in information about server releases.

Perhaps not uber-pressing, putting on list in case anyone has opinions.
