[General] Wiki update pre-testing

Wow, the look and feel are a huge improvement, and well worth the
relatively short wait. Now that I see this, I'm glad we punted on
incremental visual upgrades to the old one.
One thing I noticed -- when I see the OSAF logo next to the Cosmo logo
on the Cosmo page:

Maybe it's just by way of comparison, but does the OSAF logo look a
little blurry/fuzzy?
I also notice we now have a working favicon.ico! Very slick.
