Are there any machine sold with disks that small nowadays? Is asking for 
1GB of RAM but less than 1GB of disk make sense? Anyway, as far as disk 
is concerned, we're pretty much limited by what BerkeleyDB 
supports/requires.

Generally speaking though, since we don't have "requirements" here 
(AFAIK, whatever we require is dwarfed by what the OS usually requires), 
I don't think it makes sense to add this to the list. Unless someone 
will try to run Chandler on a Linux diskless machine? We had cases of 
users trying to run Chandler off a Network install... hmm... That's a 
different "requirement" though. We should ask Andi how to express that 
clearly in a list of requirements (I just looked through BerkeleyDB 
pages and haven't found anything suitable for our audience yet...).
