[General] Chandler Desktop Release Notes

Hi,

So I went ahead and created a Release Notes page on the model we 
discussed here some weeks ago. The current result is here:

I went into the details of what has been added, modified or, even more, 
suppressed (e.g. print, never share this item, freebusy) since Chandler 
0.6. As you can see, we did quite a lot in 1 year!

I tried to cover all the features that are different from a user 
experience standpoint while, at the same time, be terse and, admittedly, 
just scratching the surface. So you might be disappointed to see that 
months long of  work is summarized in as many few words as a fairly 
quick fix but, I guess, this is part of the exercise.

Things that need to be completed:
- The Security section needs to be completed. I was really too light on 
this. Heikki, could you check this out?
- There's an Architecture section so that people get a feeling of what 
changed under the hood. I certainly didn't do justice to everything that 
was done so, please, if there are significant omissions, please edit 
that section. Grant and Morgen, I guess this section needs your critical 
eyes.
- I haven't done a thing for Cosmo and Chandler Web UI. Ted, this is all 
yours... :)
