[General] Preview countdown: milestone review

I have the current date for updating the Hub at Monday, *August 20*.
I have the current launch date at Monday, *August 27*.

Jared has said we might not need a week gap, so in theory we could 
"launch" a little earlier if we hit Aug 20th.

The Aug 20th date is fairly precarious, as both the desktop and server 
Zero Bug Release milestones are in danger of slipping a bit.

Next big milestones:

Desktop ZBR: Monday, *Aug 6*
Server ZBR: Thursday, *Aug 9*

I've updated the master list with current dates, doc milestones and 
launch plan items:

I'll follow up with a note about the doc milestones separately.
