[General] Preview countdown: milestone review (readme! important!)

The big ticket items look right to me. I don't know if you want to  
track screenshots separately, but I still need to add that to the  
Features Page.

Also, the FAQ hasn't gotten big enough that I think we should split  
out the Developer stuff from the End-User stuff. I will propose  
something on the list. But I don't think this is a must-be-done-by- 
Preview item.
