[General] Operations team update

OSAF's "operations" team has met once a week for the last several years.
We discuss a range of issues, from overall OSAF strategy to hiring and
other organizational issues. The current team members are myself, Mitch,
Ted, Sheila, Philippe, Jared, and Heikki.

In the spirit of keeping everyone informed of goings on, we decided to
try sending out the notes to this list every week with a brief summary.

+ We're planning to hire someone to help us develop a revenue
model/business model to achieve financial sustainability. We discussed
the job description and title -- "Product Strategy/Marketing", "Business
Strategy/Development", etc. I'm hoping to have the job description ready 
this week.

+ We're not really succeeding at being able to dogfood Chandler right
now. We need to stop and take the time to stabilize the app, which will 
likely impact the alpha4 schedule. Mitch and Esther should be able to 
use alpha4. Philippe already send mail to chandler-dev kicking off next 
actions.

+ Next week we'll talk about the branding direction with Pieter and 
Caroline Barlerin. Caroline has experience helping non-profit 
organizations with brand strategy via the Taproot Foundation, and has 
generously been helping OSAF with our branding project.
