The reason that you don't hear my kind of input very often is because  
managers are in the position to sack those who don't emit sweet words  
of love, and I cite the many companies that have been driven into the  
ground by upper management that don't know better.

There is no point in attempting to castigate me as though you're my  
manager and I work for you, because the fact of the situation is that  
I don't and you are not in that artificial position of authority.  
I've been on this list for about two years out of interest in what  
you're doing, but that's as far as it goes.

I wish your project the best, but you can take that attitude and  
stuff it where the sun doesn't shine. This is not how you do  
transparent organisations, and you too have the option of not reading  
messages that you don't like.

I suggest you look up the definition of a Type 2 manager.
