The adminstrivia of adjusting IRC time to 30 mins, along with the  
other messages in here which twiddle this way and fiddle that way  
while Rome burns.

No one incidence in specific, no message in specific, but the overall  
approach. It's all upper-management stuff, Type 2, which reflects the  
kernel of truth in the observation that this project is formed by  
successful people.

I apologise for the brutal grunt tone of my message, but I've been  
watching these things go past for more than a year... and every now  
and then, I think you need to hear from the trench types - I'm not  
saying anything here that the average worker doesn't say every day  
about management in their workplace.

You're too good, that's the problem... you need some desperate people  
clawing for a piece of the pie, willing to get something out that has  
a chance!
