[General] Wiki update planned for Thursday

One feature that we added the the existing wiki is an RSS feed link at the
bottom of search results. This gives you an rss target for updates to any of
the pages in your search result, handy for keeping track of changes to
project info spanning multiple wikis (Project, Journal, etc.) or pages that
you have authored, etc. That is missing from the new wiki.
