[General] On E-mail

Just to clarify:

We decided to post to the Design list with the [Scooby] and [Cosmo]  
tags so that we could centralize all design discussions on the design  
list while providing the people who were mostly interested in Scooby  
and Cosmo a quick way to find relevant emails.

As a result, anything having to do with design should only go to the  
design list.
