[General] Mailing list rename status

Ok,

Here's the status of the mailing list renames.

The scooby and cosmo lists have been renamed to 
scooby-dev at lists.osafoundation.org and cosmo-dev at lists.osafoundation.org 
without problems (as far as we can tell).  The old e-mail addresses 
forward to the new e-mail addresses, and the links to the archives also 
forward correctly.

The chandler list has been renamed to 
chandler-dev at lists.osafoundation.org, but we are having some problems 
getting the archive links to be correct.  Having the links point to the 
right messages is very important, and we are  working on correcting 
that.  The old e-mail address does forward to the new e-mail address, 
but the archives don't yet forward because we are still working on 
getting the archive links to line up.

The process list has also been deactivated -- the archives remain, but 
the list itself is unadvertised.

If you are having problems with the lists or archives, please reply to 
this message.  We'll keep you posted.
