[General] Announcement: Scooby 0.2 is officially released!!!

It's my pleasure to announce the release of Scooby 0.2!!!

Although this is a developer's release we have made some good strides  
in improving the user experience and making the architecture a little  
more robust for future releases.

There are a number of people who contributed to this release and I'd  
like to acknowledge their hard work:

Matthew - Clean up the UI/Look & Feel and the stuff underneath.
Bobby - Communication with the Cosmo server (the server side of Scooby).
BCM - Provide support on the Cosmo side for communicating with Scooby.
Mikeal and Adam - For breaking Scooby and telling us know what to fix!
Bear - Build master!!
Pieter - To present a professional marketing face for Scooby.
Jared - For staging the Scooby demo and updating the Scooby landing  
pages and on short notice!!
John T - Organize the effort and help with refactoring the Scooby  
code. Cat herding.
Mimi, Sheila and Ted - Providing insight and knowledge of the OSAF  
ecosystem (and insight from the grand Poobah!)
